A wardrobe that works together
A few familiar colours, a balance of shapes, and more ways to wear what you love.
A considered wardrobe begins with the pieces you reach for without thinking. Lay out three favourite outfits and look for what connects them: a soft colour, a generous sleeve, or a shape that lets you move comfortably.
Choose a quiet foundation
Start with two or three colours you already enjoy wearing. Ecru, sand and indigo make an easy starting point; sage or blush can bring a little variation. The aim is a palette that feels personal and makes getting dressed simpler.
Balance the silhouette
Pair a generous knit with a straighter trouser, or tuck a simple tee into a wider leg. Try each piece with something already in your wardrobe before deciding what is missing.
Make room for repetition
Photograph combinations you like and keep them together for busy mornings. Wearing an outfit again is part of finding your style. Add slowly, choosing pieces that work with several things you already own.
