Our story
Timelessness is our philosophy
Patterned Threads began in a two-room Portland studio with one cutting table, a rail of deadstock wool, and a stubborn belief: that beautiful clothing should feel like a second skin — and leave the lightest possible footprint.
What we measure
Small batches, honest numbers
We'd rather make twelve pieces well than a hundred pieces fast. Every season is cut in limited runs from fabrics we can trace back to the mill.

How we work
Three promises, kept daily
Atelier-grade materials
Organic cottons, low-impact dyes, rigid selvedge denim and brushed-back fleece — chosen for hand-feel first, and traced back to mills we know by name.
Designed in-house
Every silhouette starts as a paper pattern on our own cutting table — fitted on real bodies, revised until the drape is right, never rushed to a deadline.
Crafted with care
Small runs, fair makers, careful finishing. Corozo buttons, French seams where they matter, and packaging that's ready for gifting.
